We have been in the accountancy profession for over 20 years, and  find that the biggest single problem facing small businesses is the lack of information, generally caused by poor bookkeeping produced by tired and overworked people who really, really hate it.

With this in mind, Clarity offers a fresh approach to solve the dilemma the majority of small business  find themselves in.

Often the importance of up-to-date records is overlooked, and the easiest solution is usually either to ignore the issue and leave it to the accountants (isn't it their job?), pass the responsibility to anyone in the firm who knows a little about computers (but alas, nothing about double entry) or spend hard-earned money on an on-site bookkeeper who knows only the bookkeeping side and nothing about what the numbers actually mean, or what vital information they can provide.

We started out as a small enterprise, designed to help the people we had come into contact with as  accountants. We were so effective that we decided to specialise, concentrating on the areas of business that the business owners actually needed, rather than those they were forced to comply with.

Personally we think careful and controlled expansion is the best option for both new and established businesses. We help everyone from security guards to printers, video producers to handymen. Nothing gives you a greater feeling than seeing something you created flourish.
